Meet the Organizer Team Behind the Music

We’re a passionate team of music lovers, event planners, and creative professionals dedicated to turning every musical event into an unforgettable experience. From concept to the final encore, we bring creativity, precision, and energy together to make every moment resonate. We handle every detail with passion, so you can simply enjoy the show.

Vrushank - Founder & CEO | The Decision Maker

Twelve-plus years building service businesses taught Vrushank that great companies come from asking better questions, not having all the answers and that instinct is how The Music Brew was born. He steers branding, expansion, and every big bet, overthinking each detail until it’s right. Beneath the strategy is a leader who protects morale and ethics as fiercely as growth, always making sure every voice is heard before he calls the shot. Brings courage and integrity to the table.

Anand - Co-Founder & CFO | The Decision Strategist

Ten-plus years in finance and taxation, an Inter CA qualification, and somehow still the most fun person in the room Anand’s a genuinely brilliant dancer whose energy is contagious at every team event. That same confidence shows up in how he runs the numbers, knowing exactly when and where funds are needed most, while gently keeping everyone’s spending in check. He’s the reason big financial calls feel less scary and more strategic. Brings confidence and positive vibes to the table.

Trupti - Digital Marketing Head | The Decision Implementor

Eight years into digital marketing and SEO, Trupti has a quiet superpower: making content travel further than expected. Her job includes running ads, but her real love is organic reach, earned the hard way. She takes every big idea and turns it into a plan that works, with a sincerity that’s hard to fake. Where others chase shortcuts, Trupti chases staying power. Brings sincerity and passion to the table.

Bhoomi - Social Media Manager | The Decision Communicator

Five years deep in social media and content creation, Bhoomi has one rule: no doom-scrolling, only idea-scrolling. Whenever the team needs a fresh concept brilliant or delightfully weird, rarely an in-between – she’s the first call. Pure Gen-Z instinct, turned into content that actually connects. She brings high energy into every room and makes creativity look effortless, even on the days it wasn’t. Brings energy and creativity to the table.
